This organization came in existence in early 1995 basically born from its mother concern M/s Prince Steel Industries located at Mandi Gobindgarh “Steel Town” of Asia on National Highway between Amritsar and Delhi. founded by Sh. Chanan Singh Matharoo a self made industrialist who has rich experience in the field of manufacturing of Rolls.
Originally this organization was a very small but due to massive expansion revamping and modernization in the Re- Rolling Industry, the single unit was not able to meet high demand of Rolls then the management established forging plant with the name and style of M/s C.S. Forgings Pvt. Ltd. with the induction of Art of Technology, for manufacturing Rolls.
Being quality conscious, the organization has been able to find space in the international market and have the credibility the expert its products to Kenya, Sri Lanka, Nepal, UAE etc. Fine tuned to industry requirements, both the unit of this organization have been able to innovate and supply efficient productive solutions tailored to customers needs and have the command over the major share of domestic market.

The organization set up another mile stone by installing a Forging Plant fully equipped with precision machine shop, in house testing facilities.
Now we have become one of the most modern Roll Making organizations equipped the art of technology, machinery and human resources in the field of Roll makers and have the capacity of producing all kinds of heavy forged steel products like rolls upto 30″ Dia and weight 10 MT finished per pc.
