Forged Rolls

Forging is a process in which the casted ingot is heated in the furnace and then material is hammered to specific requirement.

Solid Chill Rolls

The working surface of clean chilled Rolls shows the white graphite free structure consisting of eutectic carbide and transformed austenite

Alloy Steel / Adamite Rolls

These Rolls are of special alloyed with Nickel, chromium or Molybdenum. The extra carbon and special Alloys give them extra wear resistance and strength.

SGI Bainitic Accicular Rolls

Spheroidal graphite cast iron (SGI Iron) or ductile iron is considered as one of the most versatile Roll materials now a days produced by a small proportion of magnesium added to the melt as nickel magnesium or alternative alloy or pure magnesium.
