Forged Rolls

Forging is a process in which the casted ingot is heated in the furnace and then material is hammered to specific requirement. After Hammering the heat treatment is carried out in normalizing /annealing furnace.

Forged Rolls are made out of carbon steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. There Rolls are available in primarily in Forged M.S, EN-8,EN-9,EN-19, EN-24, EN-31 and EN-42 grade and in D-2 & D-3 Die Steel Grades and all other grades.

We provide these Rolls with groove cutting, making bearing sizes i.e. in ready to use condition or in semi finished and rough forged products. Apart from these, we provide a variety of Forged products like gears, block, shafts pinion and other particular sizes according to specific requirements.
