Alloy Steel / Adamite Rolls

These Rolls are of special alloyed with Nickel, chromium or Molybdenum. The extra carbon and special Alloys give them extra wear resistance and strength.

These are statistically casted and undergo a special high Temperature heat treat men process of double annealing followed by tempering cycle to give a micro structure consistory of good pearlitic matrix with spherodised/ broken carbide.
